Dear Apuggers,

As part of our on-going efforts to ensure customer satisfaction... we find its always best to ask our customers ! or our target customers. We are trying to find out what inspired and what continues to inspire you to use film, how you use it and what your needs and expectations are. We can then hopefully ensure that the product and technical support that we offer is what you want and need.

It would be great if you could spare a couple of minutes to complete this short survey for us. If you have already completed it elsewhere then we thank you and we will not need you to do it again.

Many Thanks

Done, but note that where "other" is specified in a question, you can't just fill in the "other" reason, you have to specify one of the options (which probably won;t apply if you want to use "other" in the first place )
Also note that for some questions multiple selections can be appropriate (e.g. processing - i develop and print and develop and scan and upload, but I can only select one of these )

Done. Thanks for taking the time to listen to us.

Done.
Although not asked, here is a bit of feedback from me, mainly about colours.
No, not colour films, although I wished you did some. But, the colour on the boxes: they are all white, apart the PAN 100 and 400.
I wished your marketing department would consider doing some films in black boxes as they were in the 80s.
For someone with hypersensitivity to light, I'm missing the easy to read black boxes.
Thanks!

Not sure about black boxes, but I recall Simon Galley explained the colourful lids had become prohibitive in terms of cost and minimum order quantities.

Thanks to everyone who has already done our survey, it really does help us and we do appreciate it.

The move to white boxes was a 'big' step for us..... could be a bit traumatic to go back, so to be honest I cannot ever seeing us do so.

I always liked the colour coded tub lids, but it was a question of cost, the lids themselves plus the extra time to 'clean' the system and empty the hoppers etc...its a long time ago now but it was one of those 'do you want to put the prices up a penny ?....or drop the colour lids...?' we chose to drop the coloured tub lids.

Question 6 really shouldn't be one choice. I do every single one of them, depending on what I want for output.
