not sure if this is of any interest to anyone ...
but i have been fooling around with caffenol c and
print developer mixed together these days quite a bit.

i tend to mix a strong batch of the coffee-stuff and add a few oz of
straight ansco 130 to it.

why ?
kind of a long story, but i started using ansco130 a while back for film,
and through conversations with tom hoskinson, i decided to dilute my
developer a bit and use it as a stand developer.
it worked very well
but then whiteymorange told me about caffenol c ...
that worked well too, but i got tired of the constant inversions and the
rotary processor and i don't get along well anymore ...
so i got thinking, why not mix the 2 developers together ?

i have processed about 30 rolls of film this way and the results are pretty
good .. and last night i decided to pour out 1/2 the developer i used and add
some fresh to it ...
i like to let the film sit in the brew for about 24 mins and invert 1 time about
1/2 way through ... but last night with the replenished-stuff, i fell asleep and
the film stayed in there for maybe 2x the time. the film has a nice snap to it, and a nice stain as well.

just a warning,
i don't enlarge very much ...
the grain is pronounced and kind of funky ..

as they always say YMMV
