I have a Jobo Multiank drum that leaks at the base. I'm thinking some sort of chemical adhesive that's designed to sort of melt hard plastics together or effectively "weld" the base to the cylinder would be a best solution. Is there a recommended adhesive for Jobo drums?

If you are never going to change the way the tank is put together, gluing or bonding them permanently to stop the leak makes perfect sense.

Not sure ... I gave up trying to repair my leaking Ilfod processing drum. 'Melt' sounds about right - here's the thread:

Jobo drums are styrenic and can be glued with cement. In reality I've used a quick setting epoxy, quick and fills gaps

I use Colourtronic tubes -- which are similar. They can develop leaks in different ways in different places. I've had glue come loose but I've also had cracks. My advice would depend on where the leak is. Is it from either of these or a pressure point -- or something else? A picture is worth a thousand words -- or so I've heard.
