I have an older 5x7 film holder that someone gave me. The metal piece that forms the outer part of the darkslide light trap (the "top" end, not the end with the flap where you insert the film) was coming apart because the pop rivets used to hold it together when new finally gave out (I'm guessing based on the age of the other stuff I got, it was at least 50 years old). Amazingly enough, a little bit of Krazy Glue got it back together again and after clamping it in a really powerful clamp for an hour or so, it seems to be ok. I'll put some film through it this weekend and see how it turns out. Hopefully the loading flap end doesn't have any leaks.
