Reno/Great Basin

Greetings all.

I will be in Reno next week on business.

I will have one day off and plan on doing some exploring/photographing.

Any suggestions for locations to see to the east or north from
there?

The south is already covered, I'm heading for the Mono Basin
when I'm finished with my meetings.
