I doubt that it's "Crazy Glue". Crazy glue will not last as long as the adhesive used to attach metal labels. Likely, it has a plastic or rubber base. Gentle heat will probably work as well as anything. You can warm, and slip a sharp object beneath the label, then lift gently so as not to damage the label.is the Logo attached with crazy glue
To put on another board? To sell? This question is almost comical, as usually these metal badges fall down by themselves over time. Absolutely no "magic" metal glue to hold them in place! The amount of Linhof lensboards with missing badge for sale on eBay is absolutely impressive and almost self-explanatory.
In case you have one of the few lensboards in which the badge doesn't pop off just by letting it alone, I would try first to take it off with a small screwdriver acting from the bottom (so the damage would be less visible, should it be marred). In the rare case in which it would stubbornly refuse to fall down, I would submerse it in alcohol for a long time: it should dissolve the glue on the long run.
I wonder why you want to remove it at all, though. It should stay exactly where it is.
Or FREEZE it offIf it's metal pop it off with some localized heat.
From what I read, just a freezer seems OK, next to / under the peas and carrots or green beans"Freeze Off" wart remover?
heat and cutting through the glue with a utility (box) knifeI have some lens-holder plates for 4x6" Linhof. There is a Linhof-Logo as a metal (around 0.5x0.4" size) attached to front of the holder.
Anyone knows how I can remove the Logo and not damaging it?
