this has probably been asked before, but how does one remove dust particles from a fiber base photograph paper without scratching paper. using a digital camera, I want to make a photo of my photograph.
 
Soft camel hair artists brush.

If it is stuck on it won't move.

A scanner may be better than a dcamera.
 
Canned air such as Dust Off, but be careful to avoid putting the propellent on the film.
 
I use a cosmetics brush. They are available just about everywhere. Soft so they do not scratch.
 
Yes, the cosmetics brush first, then there are anti-static clothes that are soft and pricey.

If something is actually lodged in the emulsion, depending on where it is you can use a scalpel and cotton gloves. Or wet the print or film and wipe with kimwipes, they leave no fibers behind.
