removing bellows from zeiss ikon cameras

I recently picked up a number of zeiss ikon 517 cameras. Some are good just need a CLA but two are pretty well basket cases except the bellows are in really good condition. Has anyone any tips on how to unglue the end of the bellows inside the camera ?.
