I read recently of two Metrolux timers that were no longer functioning.

So this prompts to ask about their reliability? They seem to be pretty complicated, at least compared to the Zone VI compensating timers. Do they last? Or, are the prone to breakdown? I would appreciate hearing from people who use, or have used these timers in the past. What's your experience?

I had no problems with mine for the few months I owned it but decided to standardize with RH Designs products which are better overall and are still made and supported.

Mine's been working fine for years.

Very pleased with mine and it's been trouble-free for many years and many hours of duty.

Thanks. I picked up one of these a few years ago with the remote sensor and two photocells. I was thinking of selling it, but may keep it instead.
