Reflex Korelle shutter repair

I got a 1937 Korelle last year that had a sluggish shutter. Managed to tension the curtains to fix the capping problem but the curtain speeds were too slow (1/500 was 1/100). Still usable.

Now the capping problem has returned so I need to take it apart for a proper clean. Does anybody have some experience doing that? I have a couple questions:

1) The curtains are in good shape so I was wondering if I can service the winding and tension rollers without removing the curtains;

2) Just in case I got some curtain material but it is thinner than the original (0.10 vs 0.18mm). In principle it could be beneficial for the curtain speed but I'm afraid the cocking cycle will be incorrect unless I make the curtains a bit longer. Is that true?

My Korelle also has a slightly good looking but harden shutter curtains. It can't open initially unleast giving it a slight push.

As I worked further I have noticed there are serious rust at the roller joints so I must have to give up my project. I am sorry I can't help you much this time
