Does anyone have a recipe for FX-2 stock solutions and mixing dillutions for working solution?

I have found a few online and I have The Darkroom Cookbook ed. 3 but it only gives working solutions.

This is a paste from a very old spreadsheet of collected developer info that I have. I have little memory of any details or sources but it may be a starting point for you. My Pinacryptol Yellow had turned brown before I ever got to experimenting and I never returned to it, so I can't give you any useful hands-on information. My notes showed rather long times for most films with medium speed films needing 16-18 minutes and advice to not overexpose.

To assure that we're talking the same thing and quantities, here's the stock solution recipe that I had for making the working solution mentioned.
 
Perfect. Thanks, Craig. I plan to omit the P-yellow ... you're supposed to omit it if you use a T-film, and with traditional films the cost is slightly higher base fog. At least from my readings.

I've been using TFX-2 until now, which is proprietary but I believe it omits the P-yellow ...

I'm going to mixing my own for economy.

There seems to be some confusion as to the formula for FX-2. This is not surprising, since often there are different versions of a developer, and often they are copied incorrectly. With no guarantees of accuracy, here are the three variations I have in my files:

Crawley FX-2 high acutance film developer
Metol 250 mg
Glycin 750 mg
Sodium sulfite (anh) 3.5 g
Potassium carbonate (xtal) 7.5 g
Pinacryptol yellow (1:2000) 3.5 ml

Variation (FX-2K) (provides enhanced midtones)
Metol 250 mg
Glycin 750 mg
Sodium sulfite (anh) 3.5 g
Sodium metaborate 10.75g

Variation (Experimental variation for superfine grain)
Metol 188 mg
Glycin 188 mg
Sodium sulfite (anh) 2.63g
Sodium metaborate 5 g
Sodium chloride 30 – 60 g
