Absolutely - and the graphs in the data sheets themselves don't necessarily say much about effective saturation and colour balance differences (and I suspect that some boosted/ cut colour sensitivities/ curves relate as much to coupler behaviour and/ or DIR/ DIAR coupler behaviour & relationships in order to get the materials to line up well with each other) - though at least the sell sheet shows the order from 'natural' to higher saturation as running: 160, 400, 800, then a big jump to Ektar - as well as the fundamental contrast of 160/400/800 being identical to the NC Portras - while Ektar has the higher contrast of the old VC Portras.
