The difference is when you close it, you'll have to collapse the sides first on one, the other you'll just close the top n everything collapses automatically.

Just a recomendation... find youself a chimney finder. It's a tall plastic tube with a variable diopter on top. Because it blocs outside light, the screen seems brighter and is much easier to focus a sharper image.
