RB67 Pro SD film back on the original body?

Hi, I have searched for this and there are conflicting versions. Can someone please confirm if the Pro SD back can be used on the original body without modifying the rotation back unit? People generally recommend the Pro SD back.

I have attached a Pro-SD back (and a Pro-SD motor back) to my Pro-S without issue.

You cannot use the revolving adapter from the newer camera but the back will work.
