All I'd add here is that there's quite a few films shot on film from the last decade that have quite extensively used LED for all sorts of lighting - and a fair number were traditionally colour timed (which would really show up any flaws in the spectrum) rather than scanned at an early stage. I don't think anyone would be able to immediately tell them apart from incandescent or HMI lit scenes. Not that the kit is cheap - look up how much a reel of LiteRibbon Cinema will set you back!

Also an Epson V800 is an V700 with LED illumination, you won't find a difference beause of the LEDs

There's a big difference between a sensor you can profile to correct for inconsistencies in illumination spectrum/ gamut & a fully optical/ chemical process which isn't designed to. Point being that if the Litegear LEDs are not obviously deficient in footage shot on film, which is then printed to film directly by traditional colour timing, then they're likely more than fine for making a suitable light panel for an enlarger for darkroom printing, even in colour.

Yes, I agree it's not the same because with the scanne we have a profile in the middle, but at least nothing is lost.

A color head LED illumination has be more refined, of course, because we lack the profile layer... you are right in that
