On Sunday evening I place an order with RH Designs, using their on-line ordering facility. Today – Tuesday – the postman delivered the goods. Now that’s what I call good service, thanks Richard.

I had a very similar experience Dave. In fact you just beat me to posting.

The package I ordered from RH Designs was recently delivered within 1 week from the UK to New Zealand. Afterwards, a question I had was replied to promptly and helpfully. Great service, and seriously good build quality too.
