I've a 2-3 yr old bottle of Polymax T developer and a bottle of Ansco 130 stock solution that is probably a year old at least. I just used the Polymax on some graded Oriental which gave a pretty low contrast image, but then, it may be my old Graflarger that caused that. Anyways, I was thinking of using either as a developer for enlarged ortho internegatives, but I was wondering what the normal life expectency of a paper developer is?

Wayne-why waste your time? You put all the effort into creating and then processing your negs to what?-make mediocre prints. Yuo could always keep the essentials around to make your own. I use Zone VI dev for proofing and some printing but nowadays it's Amidol. Guess what-it never goes bad!!
