OOPS!

I have discovered two errors in my post about focusing, and it is too late for me to edit my post (if you can fix it, be my guest):

first, the line "(2) divided by (.126 + .67)" should have read "(2) divided by (.126 + .067)" (nevertheless, the line below it has the correct math)

Second the difference in the focus settings for 50' and 100' is "more" than the difference in the focus settings for 100' and the stars (really, "more" is humorous in this case, the differences are really essentially the same).

Aren't there iPhone apps that do the distance calculations for you? Seems there's apps for everything else. (I don't have one, but I have enough scale focusing cameras that it may be worth it to switch).

It was theworst camera I ever had;very unreliable and prone to break-downs,also, tough to get repaired.I don't miss it.

I was given a 35B - the basic one with a triotar lens for my 18th. I spent 5 years in the merchant navy and this little camera went everywhere. I took hundreds if not thousands of photos. Eventually, many years later it died - something broke. I have another identical now for old times sake, and it gets an airing now and then. When size is important there isn't much can beat it! I agree, its an outside good light camera, but I did take many photos with flash. Just had to remember to use it upside down, because with the hot shoe on the bottom, if you use it right way up people have dark halos
