Questions on Super Fujica 6

hi, so in the process of getting the son an MF camera I picked up a Super Fujica 6, a late one and I think it's an M. I cannot find any manual even on the orphan camera site. There is a red lever on the RH side of the lens that says MFX. Could someone tell me what this is?

Looks lovely. Isn't that for flash sync settings? Should be m for flash bulb and x for newer flashes

Any camera M-standard flash bulbs 15 -17 millisecond shutter delay, if the M is in color other than black use the shutter speed marked in that color; F- gas filled flash bulbs, 5 millisecond shutter delay, can be used with electronic flash when no X setting is available; X- electronic flash setting, flash is triggered when the shutter reaches full open.
