Question for users of Devere 504 and Ilford MG 500

After years of using these two together, I finally got the correct Ilford adapter. The only things I'm missing are the two weights (rectangular and bar) which attach to the adapter. I could fabricate these myself, but I could use some dimensions. Would anyone mind measuring theirs? I need the overall dimensions and hole locations if possible.

Also, can anyone recommend a supplier for Devere 504 parts? I need one of the locking knobs for the focus/height wheels. I'm located in Portugal so I'm probably looking at mail order, preferably Europe. Thanks!
