Pyrocat HD Mixing Temperatures.

Can anyone tell me the water temperature for mixing the Pyrocat HD Formula please.

According to Photographers Formulary:

Sol. A = 125 degrees F

Sol. B = 68 degrees F

I have never mixed it from powder, I buy the liquid.

I'm assuming you mean the stock solutions. I've always mixed at room temperature, which here is in the 85F range.

It is possible to mix the stock solutions at room temperature down to 70-75 degrees F. It just takes longer to get everything into solution.
