Can't help with times for pyro, but watch out for the softness of the O+ emulsion - it's not as heavily hardened as the other Ilford films (I believe it's something to do with its uses as a technical film) - thus the paper interleaved packaging. Main thing is avoid letting the edges of other sheets scrape against the wet emulsion. Otherwise it's not a million miles away from FP4+ in process time etc - which may be the best place to start. If you want to DBI, you really need something with less transmission than a #1A safelight - Ilford reccomend the 906, can't remember if that's a Kodak #1 or #2 equivalent.
