Have any users pulled this film to ISO 100 in either 35mm or 645? If so,what was your impression of the image quality/results?Would XP2 respond better to these conditions,IYO?

I'm curious to know why you'd want to. The film has tremendous latitude and doesn't suffer from blown highlights with over exposure and normal development. If you want to capture more shadow detail, simply give an extra stop of exposure and process normally for C-41. Pulling back on development will not afford any advantage, and will probably not give good results.
