Now we're talking!! Congrats!interview: emulsive.org
Not exactly published, but gallery exhibited: in March and April next year, I will be the sole photographer in a three-person show of work about race, race relations and historical legacies of racism at Gallery O on H Street in Washington DC. I'll be exhibiting 30-ish 2x4 inch palladium prints from my series "Sinister Idyll: Historical Slavery in the Modern Landscape".
I will - I'll be getting a decent copy stand soon and giving the photos a proper re-photographing (scanning the prints doesn't work well because they're small prints and the scanner picks up the paper texture too easily). The series will go on my blog, and I'm working on a book format to showcase the entire series, not just the ones going in the show, along with the detail information about each image.Hope you'll figure out a way to share all of those photos online...and will announce that on Photrio!
