Processing C41 film as slide in b/w developer and C41

All the steps after stopping first developer can be done in the light. You should get very close to CD completion if you triple the C-41 time to around 10 minutes.

Instead of C41 chemistry, I will use ECN2 in combination with Vision3. For the color developer, I would double the developer (I would do the same for the C41). The first developer is important - there probably isn't a standard one that meets the need without modification. Maybe I'll start with ID-68, doubling the hydroquinone and quadrupling the phenidone. I will put some solvent - thiocyanate or hypo. They will limit development time though - I'll probably raise the pH enough to compensate. I can add 0.5-1g metol - I guess that will raise the activity, but I will have to add quite a few blockers
 

Out of curiosity, did you do any of these things? Any results?

Presently, Kodak Aerocolor, which is sold by a variety of sellers. It's available as e.g. SantaColor, but there are other fancy names it's being sold under.
Harman Phoenix is also maskless. But it's a kind of a specialty film with its very high contrast.

Both Aerocolor and Phoenix are technically maskless, but this doesn't mean the unexposed film (processed as negative) is clear. Phoenix is bluish in appearance, Kodak Aerocolor is pink.
 

@koraks already answered your question better than I could have. A small color cast is probably less obvious than it sounds, our eyes are quite good at unconsciously compensating color casts, as long as they are not as strong as the typical orange mask.
