Problems Subscribing

I'm getting this error when I try to extend my subscription:

I've tried clicking every purchase box from the top one at $24 to the bottom one at $100. Always the same error. Any ideas?

Are you clicking in the right places?

First choose which subscription extension you want.
Then click the double arrow icon next to that option to select the payment type.
Then click the Purchase button next to that specific input field.

Clicking the Purchase button next to a field where no payment option was chosen will produce the error you got.

Thanks, Koraks, that worked. I didn't spot that the 'payment method' box revealed a drop down list. I was clicking 'purchase' without doing that bit.
