So after reviewing the thread, including the fact that there have been no further problems with the retailer come up in the two months since the original issue was resolved, we have:
1) amended the title, to change the reference to a "problem" and to reflect that the problem was eventually resolved; and
2) decided to close the thread.
If someone has similar concerns in the future about Bristol Cameras, they are free to start a new thread, at which time we will also be free to consider merging the old thread with the new.
