Problem subscribing

I very much would like to renew my subscription, however, you guys keep telling me my password is wrong. It isn't. Then when I try to retrieve whatever you think my password is, you tell me my email address is wrong. It isn't. If you want me to renew, respond. If you don't give a .... don't. I've been trying in vain for the last two months. I sent an email two weeks ago and no response. I guess I could copy this and post it in every forum to be sure it gets through...

Probably better to post this in the Feedback and Discussion forum, so that Sean will see this and respond to your problems. I know he has an email address but unfortunately I can't remember it.
