Printing Rollei IR400?

I processed my first roll of Rollei IR400 last night and am going to print some of the negatives.

My question is, can I print this IR film just like a regular B&W negative???

Yes, IR 820/400 from Rollei you can print like every regular B&W film.

Making IR photos is a small hobby from me.

IR photography is no rocket science. The biggest mistake is a wrong filter for this IR film: You need a 89B (RG695nm) or 88A filter (RG715nm) or the Hoya 72R and then you have to compensate around 5 F stops.
Because you can not measure IR light it's always a small gamble.

On roll film I am using the Yashica Mat 124G (TLR) + bay I RG715nm filter which is an excellent combination for IR photography.

For developing every semi-compensating developer is very suitable. And for printing is like a standard B&W print but the 'Wood' effect is always interesting in the landscape. It's very surrealistic, I like it very much.

Robert, when you shoot Rollei IR400, what do you set the ISO value on your camera?

I use my handheld Gossen Lunasix 3 meter iso 0,8 - 25000 and set iso 12 when using the Rollei 820/400 infra red film.

The Lunasix 3 has a wide EV range and is very accurate.
