I recently developed some super massively over exposed ortho litho film and in pyro developer it turned out to have a lot of color, primarily orange, but a lot more color if you cut through the orange. Here's an example of the raw negative and a version inverted and corrected to remove the very strong blue cast caused by the orange and to properly do white/black point per color channel:

My question is if it's possible to print this to RA-4 and get similar color results, and how to begin that approach?

Just do it. See how it works out.
If the filtration runs out of bounds because there's no orange mask like with c41 films, take a piece of unexposed (but properly developed) c41 film and sandwich it with the negative.

Odds are contrast of your negatives will be way too high for RA4, but you don't know unless you try! You may get some interesting results.
