Printer Friendly Option Added

Hi All,

I have installed a 'printer friendly' modification for the forum. Seems to work really well. You will now notice the printer icon when inside a forum topic (see screenshot below)

This required a fair amount of modification, so if anyone finds the forum acting strange, let me know asap so I can backout. Others on the web say it works great. Hope it works well for those requesting it. Thanks, Sean
