Print Showing 19th November

Hi folks, just realised its only two months go to our next print showing on 19th November. Time to get printing

Unfortunately I will miss this one. I got tickets to see Beth Hart in Manchester and the dates clash. Pity as this is the first showing I was prepared for, sigh.

Hi Paul, that's a pity that you'll miss the meetup but then again that looks like a great concert to be attending. I have one of her CD's with Joe Bonamassa which I think is great. Keep your eye on this tread in case we might change the meetup date.

Hi Vincent, Beth and Joe do go well together. I didnt make it to Amsterdam, but the concert dvd is really good. I am toying with the idea of flying out of Dublin on the Saturday after the showing. But, I want to snap the Poppies at Caernarfon Castle and a couple of nearby locations. Cadw are running the show and are not doing any night viewings. So this will leave me a day short If I fly out Saturday.

Lads I'm sorry to report that I'll be unable to make the meeting. I have shot film and developed it but I have not managed to get into my darkroom. All of next week I'm involved in mounting prints for our club to take part in a competition on Sunday next 20th.

I will definitely be there folks, got a bit side tracked lately but have my prints part mounted at this stage, just need to put all the bits together, will meet up in coffee shop before the off next saturday, regards Brian

I plan on being there. I hope to have a couple of examples on Harman Direct Positive Paper. I'm at about 40% success rate with this paper now!

Peter I can't be sure . I usually get the keys from Gerry or he leaves them in Gunn's for me. I have not been in touch with him since the last meeting and I can't be certain that he would leave the keys with anyone else. If you contact him he might even be planning on attending the meeting. Fran told me last week that he has not heard from Gerry for a long time. Even if the gallery is open the keys available are only for the front doors and not access to upstairs.

I have been in touch with Gerry and he thinks there shouldn't be a problem getting the keys. I'll update the thread as soon as I know for sure.

Guys, due to a disaster with the heating system here I have to bow out of tomorrow. Raging as I had prints done and all and had planned on visiting the Josef Sudek exhibition in the Douglas Hyde after. Feckin ragin over it.
