What is a normal fee for pricing on photos to be included in album packaging? I have 1-4 images going into a design, with the first press quantity being 1000 copies. I know I should make it clear that whatever I charge is only for these first 1000 copies, so that if say $0.04/copy, and they take off and sell 1,000,000 copies, I don't get stuck with just the initial $40 in my pocket. Just wondering what a typical per image range is?
