This is the second of two posts today for the sale of the remaining photographic content of a relative's estate. Previous lots were advertised and sold/given away through four Photrio 'For Sale' threads dated Nov 21, 22, 22, and 26 of 2022 and 13 July 2023.

Make an offer if you like - I'll keep reasonable offers in mind but make no committment to accept one. I have checked current and recent offerings from KEH, usedphotopro.com, kamerastore.com, Igor's, and ebay to come up with what I think are fair and attractive prices.

Paypal, money order, or personal check are fine. I'll cover fees if Paypal is used. Returns - if within two weeks of receipt of the camera my description turns out to be incorrect, or if I've missed something important, and if I receive the camera back in the same condition that it was shipped in, I'll refund the purchase price.


Camera 4 - A Toyo-Field 45CF(126-0000709) large format camera in its original box. With a #0 lens board. I'd rate this in "almost new" condition, as I see only the slightest evidence that it's ever been used. Pricing this camera is a bit arbitrary, as the sold listings I've seen are all over the board, and sometimes irrational. KEH recently sold a used sample, no lens board, in "Excellent" condition for $831. I believe the camera I'm selling is in better condition, and it includes a lens board. I price it at $635 shipped CONUS. SOLD

I bought the same camera new in 1987 for $1450 and still love it. Uch more useful than a monorail!

I'm with you on that! And I've seen prices in the last year ranging from $350 to $2000, in fair to new condition.

The CF came out in the early 2000's and was advertised in the US for "Under $450!" Yep, $449.95 was the bill from B&H when I ordered one and waited months for delivery. It's a great camera - especially for backpacking where you can get away with a series 0 gitzo as long as you use a cable release.
