Not sure, but there is a Leica Focomat V35 with the Leitz Focotar 40mm 2.8 on Washington, D.C. Craigslist for $400.00.

Although the V35 is a lot newer i believe the Focomat IIC is worth more if in good condition and have the 5cm Focotar lens also in good condition.
I know mine which is rarely used will not be found in the for sale adds.
That said, the Focomat IIc have sold on the auction site for a lot less so it all depends on if you can find a buyer that just can not live without one when you want to sell.

In Europe these machines usually goes for around say $700 but the price varies a lot. If you are able and willing to pack it up properly and ship it it will probably go for more at an auction site, but as you know it's a big and heavy machine.
Btw, the later versions of the IIc obiously sells at higher prices. If yours is the latest version which is gray instead of black, they easily fetch more than $1000, again in Europe. (I've seen prices ending at more than $1500 for "like new" ones.)
You cannot really compare the price level of a IIc to a Ic (35mm film only) or a V35. The IIc is in a class of its own.

It also depends on which lens is included. If it's grey one with Focotar II 100/5.6 lens it's quite rare one and can reach higher values.
