I don't care, if you compare the prices of FP4+/HP5+ the big online stores (eg. Fotoimpex) with the price you paid 20 years ago at the local foto store, prices have hardly rozen. Meanwhile the volumes declined and other things (eg a beer in the bar) had a much higher price increase.
If needed for Ilford to keep in business I pay a little extra with love. By the way, I haven't noticed any increase earlier this year. I still need to pay €4,90 a roll for HP5+ (if I buy 10)

I guess all things are not the same relative to where one lives. I have a huge selection of top quality beer at about a buck a piece. Film goes for same as elsewhere in the world. The problem this creates is I can't save on beer in order to pay for film, as I would have to really stop drinking in order to just get another roll. So things are not so swell.
