Looks to be a black 1st version Summicron. Considerably more valuable than the later versions. Nice price for this lens.

This is not Version 1. The first 35mm Ć’/2 Summicron is the famous 8 element lens. The scalloped finger grip on V1 includes an infinity lock. I think all black versions were enamel paint on brass. Mine was a chrome unit with the M3 googles. It was an amazing lens with beautiful rendition. You know the story: I stupidity sold it.

That’s a version 2 of the summicron. It was both made in Germany and Canada with the Canada version being the cheaper of the two.
 
I see. My quick glance at a serial number list must have been too quick.
