I recently bought a praktisix 6x6 slr. The eBay listing was listed as not working, the shutter wouldn't fire. It does actually work, but the mirror is not fully retracting back up into its normal spot, and is not clearing the film plane completely. So the shutter will not trigger. If you push the mirror back up all the way, the shutter will trip. Is anyone familiar with the first praktisix model enough to give me some suggestions on how to adjust the mirror or fix the mirror so that it goes back into its proper place and not block the film plane? Its a later model praktisix from 1962.
