Praktica PL Nova 1B

Hi guys,

Does anyone have this camera? I bought recently completly new to be my experimental/tank/can be stolen at ease camera.

But I'm a little confused since it differs quite a bit from my MTL3.
Can someone explain how to check the selenium meter working and what are the two rings on the left side under the winder suposed to do?
