@sworlok - please note that most people currently can't send anything to Russia, as it's blocked by the postal services. @bedrof, who is also in Russia, has provided a non-Russian address for people sending postcards. If possible, you should do the same. Otherwise, you won't receive any cards from North America, at least (I'm not sure about Europe).

My first exchange i sent to the Russian address of @bedrof and it came back (Romania, EU).
So all the others i sent to the alternate address.

FWIW I sent one to a Russian address in PCX 58 or 59, (from the USA), and it was returned, but it took nearly 6 months before it showed back up in my mailbox, IIRC.

There is at least some chance that the various postal services took a while to figure out what they intended to do with respect to the situation.
