Matt, can I count this as a sign-in?

Cheers

I have this system for enforced self-discipline:

"Do not sign up for any exchange until you have completed your outstanding obligations on earlier ones" :smile:

TO-DO list:

1) The Kodachrome slide exchange slides have been chosen, and I've prepared my packaging, but the slides need to be scanned first, then a note has to be written and the slides and notes need to be packaged and mailed;
2) The Group Print Exchange 11 prints are done, the accompanying note has been prepared, everything has now been packaged and they just need to be mailed;
3) When 1) and 2) are complete, sign up for the next Postcard Exchange!

:D

Matt

P.S. - note that I finally figured how to get an umlaut (sp) into my APUG posts!

Mike Wilde here - in for another 30 in this #16 round. Yes, it is addictive.

BTW: Please, if you are new to this exchange so that I do not have your address data, please do not only post in this thread, but also send me a PM with your address. It is cumbersome to send out "You joined in the thread but did not send a PM with your address ..." messages.

And something else - I was asked to do US-only pairings. I am not a supporter of this idea because it makes groupings more complicated. This is an international exchange and I want to keep it an international exchange. I think this is in favor to most of the people joining in.

Hi Rüdiger,

Please sign me up for the max. I am in favour of keeping it completely international: it would be a great loss if one were not to see the great variety from all over the world!

Happy New Year to all!

I think it would be a shame if the exchange were not to remain completely international.

I completely agree with Pete and johnnywalker. I'd also consider limiting the exchange a great loss.

I agree with keeping it international - one of the reasons I enjoy it so much. Besides I have already purchased a bunch of international stamps for the next couple of rounds.

I am actually all caught up on my exchange obligations, so it must be time to sign up for something new.

Count me in for the max. Same address as I've had for the last 17 years.

Cheers,

Allen

Count me in for the max again. Same address as Round #15. I can verify that this exchange is indeed addictive, and I am an addict. :smile:

I too am in favour of keeping this exchange international. I admit that postage can be a little expensive, but usually try to balance out the number of cards I can afford over the year. There are 3 rounds, so if possible, I try to do one at the max, and the other two as a number of choice.

Looking forward to another great round!

Rüdiger, in for the maximum again.

All of my cards are already printed, this time I'll send out early, instead of later.

Only been home a few hours, in-between sleeping sessions I have mixed fresh developer for my holiday films, I start developing tomorrow. :D

Hi Mick, good that you had a save trip home. Ingo and I already developed our films that same evening. There are some interesting images on my two rolls of film. Maybe one will make it for the postcard. At least there is one which will go out today for the lith print exchange.

All the best
Rüdiger

And here an update of the list of participants:

Up to now, we are 39. Those who joined for the max will have to send 36 or 37 cards.

As soon as I send my postcards from round#15 I will sign up for this round. The delay for me is money. I get paid on Friday so i will post when they are sent!

All my other exchange obligations are now at least on their way, so I'm in again, for 24.

Same address in Delta as my last couple of exchanges.

Let the pondering begin :smile:.
