Not sure if one would see it as "street", "landscape", or even so-called "new topographics" (which are no longer new, btw).
Honest question: for you, does "street" have to include people in order to be "street"? Is "street" about people, or about walking the streets and photographing what you see?

One can feel the energy.
They're a menace, never look where their going, noisy, its wonder no one was injured.

Wine bottles! I think they had too much red cordial to manage wine bottles. If I had time for a staged photo, I'd have a better chance of getting focus and framing, but then you miss the moment.
I can see the young man is confused as me, where the hell is the engine?
It's a BMW 700 Coupe. The engine is in the rear
