A few days ago I went out to my local cinema to take a few snaps of a Sherman tank that was parked there to promote a new movie about a great but mostly forgotten WW2 battle that was fought on the river Schelde (Scheldt) in this area. I was not the only one there.

It brings back memories. I used to do this myself many moons ago. "with too many passes through security Xray-machines"....that is a figment of your imagination: unless you traveled some 40 years ago. Cheers, SnC

Oh yes, I’ve had my films zapped at Heathrow, 6-7 years ago.

...and in China, where I was last year, every train station, bus station and museum had x-ray checking at both the entrance and exit.

I have rolls of HP5+ that have seen way more than 15 scans in total over a period of three weeks.
And that starts to show.
Where the area around the sprocket holes is dark grey, you know .

The new CT scanners are, indeed 'new' and were not in operation 6 to 7 years ago. Anyway, no issues with travel for me right now, since I am unable to travel. Cheers, SnC.
