That is a scene we do not see everyday.
Those Big Square Blocks in the wall..... did there used to be a big Tunnel or Pipe there at one time, do you know....where is that.?

We have a wall like that in San Francisco.
In your photo, those 3 bog blocks at ground level, see the top of them.?
At Ocean Beach they built a big Seat/Shelf at the bottom of the wall. You could sit or walk on it.
You cannot even see it anymore. Sand has covered it....... to where the top, slanted, line of those 3 blocks are.
