8x10 RC Aristo #2 Multigrade dev Omega DII with diffusion Omegalite head.

Three individual black and white frames shot through Tiffen #25 Red, #58 Green, and #47 Blue filters, respectively, then combined using GIMP to create a trichrome color image. Fuji apples, but not Fujifilm!

Old boots that have been sitting in a locker room at an abandoned aluminum smelter for 20 years. Photographed with a Pentax Spotmatic using a Super-Takumar f/1.4 50mm lens. Kodak Panatomic-X that expired 3/1963, developed in Beerenol (Rainier Beer).

Two years ago a friend gave me an unopened box of Kodak Lantern Slide Contrast plates, Contrast 3, (Orthochromatic, marked “develop before October 1953”!!) and I had no idea what to use them for, as they were an odd size (3.5" X 4.25"). Well, today I was thinking about Jason Lane's Dry Plates and remembered I had these old Kodak plates available, so I stuck one in a film holder with masking tape, stuffed it in my Intrepid 4x5 with the Kodak Ektar 203mm lens at f16, and this exposure was 4 minutes.
Its contrasty but has some middle tones. With J. Lane plates in mind, I developed this in Dektol 1:2 for 3 minutes. I tried one with D-76 and it just added too much fog, so I will stick with Dektol 1:2

Lets hope 2021 is better than 2020 was.
