So we now have two different threads, started at approximately the same time. Both are in the medium format equipment part of the site. One is specific to a particular Hasselblad lens, while the other is more general. And people are loading 35mm film examples.
What is a moderator to do?
I think I'll start by breaking a rule - posting the same post in two threads.
Should I ask if people would mind if I combined the threads?
Certainly not me.Should I ask if people would mind if I combined the threads?
Very true:Taking photographs of natural objects, land formations, flowers, plants show now apparent distortions as long as straight lines go through on close to the center of the lens.
The 30mm Hassy is kinda rare and hard to find too, unless you want to go to auction sites and fork out $4-5000...Envious!! I have the 'little' 16mm F-Distagon and the Yashica ML 15mm Fisheye.
I use Rollei, and the 30mm is really hard to find in Rollei mount, so I dont have one.

$4-5000 is the price advertised on ebay... not sure anyone buys it at this price. Certainly not me!I am afraid to tell you that I got the 30mm C lens EX condition on Photrio about 5 years ago for $850US with shipping.
Terrific image! and beautiful colors.I photographed this scene with an RB67 ProSD using a 37mm Fisheye lens. I purposely used an angle to exaggerate the perspective. What I like about the lens is if used in a straight on view it works nicely as a super wide angle too with some edge distortion.
