I used to love sunset photos, but I don't really do them that much anymore.
From 2015, shot on Portra 160
I am thinking of getting this one printed from a digital file, but have just realised I scanned it too small. Looks like I'm going to have to dig into the binders again!

Go for it Hoffy, it'll be worth it to give it everything on the next scan. (And spend plenty of time cleaning up dust spots etc, if you are going to be printing at any large size).

The foreground waves almost looked as if they were painted on with gaouche, very nice.

Beautiful. I'm a firm believer that over 50% of the impact in landscapes is in having dramatic skies and the clouds in this image are great.

Thank you! I just had a look at the original (or more to the point, the PSD) in photoshop and its so much cleaner than what is posted here. Hopefully after a re-scan I can get a nice 16x16 or 20x20. Just got to decide - C print or Ink jet

Moose22 Thanks! Another from close-by.

@drkhalsa and @tokam, thanks. I wish I could have spent more time in Kansas. I love all the farming towns that look like they are trapped in the 40s. How each has found a way to be unique and stand out from the neighboring towns.
