I like the mood Jon. Feels to me like a moment in a child's endless Summer.
Tree, Coorong, South Australia, Mamiya c330 80mm, Ilford FP4
An oldie, from my honeymoon. Backstory: I had just finished shooting a wedding and my 5d and 20d backup both crapped out at the end of the night (corrupted microdrive card, remember those?). So no digi cam to take. Just getting back into film and brought a Yashica Mat LM and canon ae1 (light leaks on the ae1). This is with the Yashica Mat LM and fuji reala 100, lab processed. Non stop spotting for all the dust.
lol, I have a gear problem! Maybe that will be my next theme after moving on from Lake Superior.....posting with different gear. In other news, I AM shooting with some new (to me) cameras and lenses. A friend gifted me a Mamiya RZ 67 pro II with a slew of lenses, accessories and about 20 rolls of 120 along with a Sinar P, lenses (now I get to dip my toe into 4x5) and a lot of 35mm cameras. Not too mention a fully kitted darkroom so it looks like I will be getting back into printing at some point. Anywho, I enjoy shooting different cameras. I have personal favorites and functional favorites but all need a work out from time to time.I think @Jon Buffington wins the thread for sheer variety of equipment used(and nice images with all of them). Those last couple Lake Superior images have me feeling nostalgic. I grew up camping on the Minnesota side at least once per summer. Usually somewhere between Two Harbors and Grand Marais.
This might be my fav of yours, just love how the shaded area looks under the sunny background. Draws your eyes to those mountains
Copper Harbor, Lake Superior, Michigan. Leica M5, vc 35/2.5 w/orange filter, TMY-2, kodak pakon scan.
Thank you! I have several from this point with differing compositions. This is the one I chose today to share. Tomorrow it may be a different compositionI like this very much. Makes me ache to get out with my canoe and tent.

If I am ever back up that way I may try this. Not so sure anytime soon as it is about 1000 miles away, lol!I would really like to see that taken with infrared film and a strong red filter.
