Is there any source of POP now that Ilford/Kentmere have decided not to produce it?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe that Harman has decided not to produce it—at least, not yet. As I recall, there was a problem in producing it on Harman's equipment, and they were trying to come up with a solution. I'm hoping that they will find a way to resume production of the paper.

Now, I wonder, speculating a bit here, but at one time POP was a very common paper. Most manufacturers made it. I would think that Efke and Foma might have in their archives, formulas for making this paper. Has anyone considered asking them? What about Slavich in Russia?

Honest tears, but not surprised.

POP, non-supercoated paper, a few other things Kentmere was brilliant at.
(Sold for decades in the US as Luminos)

Mark, at least you've got that box of Kodak Studio Portrait coming your way. I sure hope it works out for you.

I hope Harman at some point can see the value in some of those 'specialty' papers and maybe resurrect a couple. POP seems like a cool process, and the papers they had such as Art Document were from what I understand brilliant for lith printing.
