When processing POP paper (namely Kentmere/Chicago Albumen Works), is it okay to do it by incandescent light? Or amber or red safelight? I am especially interested in toning it under white light, but cannot tell if that affects the whites.

Advice anyone? Thanks and thanks especially for all the tech tips I have gotten from fellow APUGers -- you're a great bunch!)

No problem with incandescent light, but halogen lamps may sometimes give a little fog. Just avoid sunlight, fluorescent light and other sources with UV in them.

Thanks -- I actually tried it with a dim incandescent and everything was fine. Good to know what the limits are!
